This is a casual kitchen hand / front of house role at Walker Street Cafe Bar in Casino, NSW. You will be responsible for assisting in the efficient running of the kitchen and food service operations, as well as providing excellent customer service to our cafe and bar patrons. What you''ll be doing - kitchen Assisting the head chef and kitchen team with food preparation, cooking and plating. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen. Restocking and maintaining supplies for the kitchen. Following all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment. What you''ll be doing - front of house Serving customers at the front of house, including taking orders, preparing drinks and providing great customer service. Using the coffee machine. Cleaning front of house. What we''re looking for Prior experience in a similar kitchen hand or front of house role, preferably in a cafe or bar environment. Strong organisational and multitasking skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
