About the opportunity We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our inclusive team in Young and Boorowa. Your role will include meal preparation, personal care, transport using the participant''s car, and accompanying them to appointments and leisure activities to help them stay engaged and confident in their community. You must be willing to work at least one inactive night shift and alternating weekends, and be comfortable working independently, including completing handovers. Using a personcentred approach, you will assist participants to achieve their NDIS goals and advocate to help remove barriers to their success.
