We have a full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic, reliable, and supportive Receptionist who shares our passion for delivering a first class customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Our Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our amazing clients, whether by phone, email, or in person at our beautiful Head Office and Design Studio. We are seeking someone who can confidently handle multiple tasks and represent CMA with a friendly and professional demeanor in both written and spoken communication. Responsibilities Answering inbound phone calls and transferring them to the relevant department Warmly welcoming clients to our Head Office and assisting with their inquiries Maintaining an organized and clean reception area, Design Studio, and meeting room Booking color selection appointments for our interior designers and managing the Design Studio calendar Assisting with general construction administration Preparing handover documentation and gifts Requirements Excellent personal presentation and friendliness Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Outlook and Excel Excellent time management and the ability to work autonomously Genuine willingness to provide support to the team Previous experience in the construction industry is highly regarded In return youll receive A fantastic office and team environment, working alongside a knowledgeable, vibrant, and high-performing team who are the best at what they do A culture where staff are valued and cared for Monthly BBQ breakfasts If you have a client-first approach and are looking to advance your career with a company you will be proud to represent, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
