With your culinary experience, youll help deliver high-quality menu items while collaborating on specials and menu development. Youll ensure costings and budgets for COGS and wages are met, assist with ordering, stock control, and monitoring wastage. The role also requires overseeing and upholding all Food Safety policies and procedures.
