About your new role: Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community. Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations. Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team. A little about you: A Diploma or higher qualification in Children''s Services as approved by ACECQA. Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications. Experience in an early childhood setting. A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF. Prior experience and confidence in leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs.
