Oreco Group have an exciting opportunity for a Forklift Driver to join our expanding manufacturing facility in Childers, QLD. We are seeking a Full Time Forklift Driver in our Logistics Hub. This position will see you will be a part of a high performing team within our Transport and Logistics team. Based near Childers in ISIS Central, Oreco Group is privately owned, manufacturing company who produce and supply a diverse range of horticultural and agricultural products throughout Australia. Oreco Groups sole focus is to produce the best quality products, while supporting local and regional businesses and communities, by sourcing recycled, eco-friendly and sustainable raw materials. The Role Be a part of the Day shift within our Logistics Hub Movement of finished product to storage areas Loading and unloading of trucks Preparing loads on our Oreco Group trailers this includes strapping loads Picking Orders in preparation for dispatch and accurate completion of dispatch paperwork Quality assurance checks on picked loads to ensure goods being sent meet standards and travel requirements Skills and Experience Experience in a Logistics environment is essential Must have a Current High Risk work license (LF) Ability to pick and prepare orders for dispatch Experience loading and unloading trucks Ability to read, write, count and understand count/load sheets Problem solving skills and an ability to take initiative HC/MC truck license advantageous but not essential This role will report to the Logistics Supervisor and will be based at our Childers Manufacturing site.
