ROLE IN A NUTSHELL As a Retail Assistant at our Yarra Trail Marion concession at David Jones, youll provide exceptional customer service, assist with stock management, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment. Youll help customers find the perfect fit, work collaboratively with your team, and bring a positive, cando attitude to every shift. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, values great service, and is looking for flexible, rewarding work in a friendly retail setting. WHAT YOULL BE DOING Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience Assist customers with product selections and offer styling advice Maintain store appearance, ensuring its clean, organized, and visually appealing Handle transactions efficiently and accurately at the register Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring product availability Support store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising Work as part of a team to meet sales targets and store goals ABOUT YOU Passion for providing style advice to make a difference in our customers lives and make their day!
