POSITION Due to outstanding growth over the past 5 years, the position of Director has been created. The role will involve and not be limited to: Lead this firm''s expansion into the Victorian market Manage a client base of existing clients based in Victoria Conduct New Business Development to grow the client base Set the tone in terms of culture to foster a positive working environment in Melbourne Work with the QLD team to grow the VIC Division Tax advisory and consulting Client relationship management CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: CA/CPA 15+ years experience within Australian Public Practice Demonstrated experience managing the operations of a busy accounting firm at the level of Director or Partner Ability to conduct new business development and bring in new clients (non negotiable) Genuine passion to progress to equity in the short term Experience within the building, construction and property development sectors Previous experience supervising and mentoring staff Exceptional communication and presentation Stable employment history from reputable firms Full working rights (no sponsorship provided) My client is open to candidates who have their own parcel of fees and looking to merge.
