About the Role We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Education to lead the development and delivery of worldclass education programs across our portfolio of professional haircare brands in Australia and NewZealand. Responsibilities Shape education strategy, drive technical excellence, and ensure quality assurance across all programs. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Global Education teams to deliver initiatives that elevate brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and support business growth. Oversee the education and technical components of HCG and industry events (e.g., conferences, Mane Stage) to deliver exceptional experiences aligned with brand standards.
