About the Role Crown Sydney is seeking an experienced Head of Hotels to lead the operational portfolio and delivery of services across our luxury hotel. As Head of Hotels, youll be responsible for the strategic direction and operational excellence of Crown Towers Sydney. This is a highimpact leadership role where youll oversee all hotel operations, drive financial performance, and deliver worldclass guest experiences in one of Australias most prestigious luxury environments. Working closely with Hotel Operational Business Units, you will ensure seamless service delivery, workforce capability uplift, and strong operational discipline. Key Accountabilities Luxury Standards & Guest Experience Lead the delivery of housekeeping services and Front of House Teams are aligned with Crowns luxury service standards and brand promise. Ensure all guest rooms, and backofhouse, Front of House service levels consistently meet or exceed quality, cleanliness, presentation and Guest service expectations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction (NPS scores), service consistency, and operational excellence. Operational Leadership Oversee daytoday housekeeping operations, including alignment with labour planning, and efficient resource allocation. Embed and improve guest experience and service standards. Ensure effective coordination with hotel operations to support occupancy, turnaround times, and guest requirements. Implement systems and processes that drive efficiency while maintaining premium service standards. Manage labour costs, productivity, and operational expenditure within approved budgets. Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency without compromising quality or guest experience. Financial & Commercial Accountability Manage labour costs, productivity, and operational expenditure within approved budgets. Compliance, Safety & Governance Ensure full compliance with WHS obligations, Crown policies, and relevant legislation. Maintain high standards of workplace safety, risk management, and incident reporting. What Were Looking For Demonstrated operational leadership in luxury hotels or largescale integrated resorts. Strong understanding of luxury service standards and impact on guest experience. Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams in a fastpaced, operational setting. Sound commercial and financial acumen, particularly in labour management and cost control. Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
