Head of Planning Northern Hemisphere division / Womenswear & Accessories Base pay range A$170, / yr - A$195, / yr Location : Melbourne, Australia (Relocation and visa application organised and paid for) Day-to-Day Responsibilities Hands-on across range building and WSSI reporting (advanced level) Lead trade meetings and drive actions across markdowns, promotions, and underperforming categories Manage the signoff process and ensure timely delivery of planning outcomes Collaborate closely with Branch, Buying, Retail Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams Lead and develop a team of approximately 2 Planners, 2 Assistant Planners, and 2 Allocation Analysts Experience & Background required Strong background in apparel or fashion planning within a Bricks & Mortar Retail environment in the UK or EU markets Experience managing large store networks (50+ stores) concession and DFO experience highly regarded At least 3 years at Management or Head of level Actionoriented, decisive communicator who can influence and drive outcomes Advanced system skills (Excel, WSSI; Power BI advantageous) Comfortable operating in a fastpaced, multisignoff environment Proven leadership or mentoring capability (Planner or AP level) Commercially minded, strategic, and analytical with a passion for numbers and storytelling Ability to present to Senior Stakeholders including GM,s, MD & CEO Full job description available upon successful application.
