Executive Director System Planning Branch This is an opportunity to contribute to the health and wellbeing of Queenslanders. As Executive Director, System Planning Branch, you will guide the planning and design of health services across the state, ensuring they are sustainable, responsive and align with the future needs. Working closely with partners and stakeholders, you will foster collaboration and innovation to deliver better healthcare outcomes. In this executive leadership position, you will provide direction and oversight for statewide health service planning. Your focus will be on strategies that support effective service delivery, building planning capability across Queensland Health, and ensuring governance and accountability. You will work in a large complex organisation where your ability to anticipate emerging issues and provide clear, evidencebased advice will be critical. The successful person We are seeking an executive leader who brings: Experience in health service planning and the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges. Proven negotiation and relationship building skills to achieve outcomes with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice in sensitive and complex environments. Outstanding communications skills and facilitation skills, adaptable to varied audiences. The ability to inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams while working collaboratively at an executive level.
