First Steps Learning Academy Bangor is a privately owned Long Day Care Centre catering for 40 children per day, ranging from the 0-5 years. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Centre Manager to lead the team. As Centre Manager you will: Be empowered to run smooth and efficient centre operations for all children and their families Be passionate about creating strong ties and relationships with families, local schools, businesses and surrounding networks Enjoy building connections with and engaging local communities Coach and guide a team of passionate educators to best practice and oversee and guide the highest quality of classroom curriculum Ensure our centre is always immaculately present and that all internal and external play spaces are fresh, age appropriate and safe Be accountable for key financial metrics including enrolments, occupancy and centre operating expenses Have a sound working knowledge of relevant industry regulations and legislation, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework Lead a diverse team of passionate educators and help make an impact on children and families during the early years You will hold: Minimum Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Teacher (Preferred) A valid Working with Children Check Strong understanding of Regulation/Legislation, plus Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) essential Strong team leadership experience Working knowledge of OWNAdesirable If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to continue to strengthen your career in early childhood education then apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
