KU Children''s Services Newcastle University NSW KUKintaiba are looking for an experienced, motivated, and passionate early childhood teacher to lead our team. We need a mentor, who thrives on continuous improvement, innovative pedagogy and reflective practice. This is a permanent, full time position working 8 hours per day, MondayFriday. The Service KUKintaiba is a 59place Long Day Care service nestled among the tranquil bushland of the University of Newcastle campus. Our architectural facility features four rooms dedicated to providing highquality education and care for children up to 5 years old. We operate from Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:00pm, offering a supportive environment where both children and educators thrive. Our team at Kintaiba is committed to making a positive impact. Requirements A current NSW Working with Children Check An ACECQA recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree Completed Child Protection Training as well as demonstrated understanding of current child safe practices Current First Aid and CPR certificates along with current separate approved Asthma andAnaphylaxis Management certificates NESA Teacher Accreditation Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011) Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF) How to apply Please submit your updated Cover Letter and CV via the APPLY NOW button.
