Senior Manager Strategic Programs Qantas Engineering keeps us at the forefront of aviation. As the Senior Manager Strategic Programs, you will lead the development and delivery of Qantas Engineerings strategy and major transformation programs. Key Responsibilities Oversee complex, high-impact programs across Qantas Engineering. Shape long-term initiatives and champion continuous improvement. Lead multidisciplinary teams including project and program managers. Drive operational excellence, cost efficiencies, and regulatory compliance. Manage stakeholder engagement at executive levels. Qualifications Proven ability to develop and deliver long-range engineering strategy and enterprise-wide transformation programs. Extensive experience leading complex, high-impact, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery. Strong commercial judgement and experience building investment cases. Experience in engaging and influencing senior executives and external stakeholders. Strong leadership skills with experience managing leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
