This permanent, full-time position is based in Meanjin (Brisbane). What Youll Do Implement distribution, sales, and retention strategies for key broker partners. Manage and grow national broker account relationships. Represent CGU as a brand ambassador at broker events and industry forums. Use market insights and competitor analysis to inform growth strategies. Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and consistency. Drive improvements in broker experience and Net Promoter Score. Leverage digital innovation to optimise processes and enhance efficiency. What Youll Bring Proven relationship and account management expertise in the insurance sector. Strategic planning and execution skills with a focus on growth and retention. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of insurance financials. Solid underwriting knowledge and ability to interpret risk. Customercentric mindset with experience improving NPS. Analytical skills and ability to use market insights for decisionmaking. Tertiary qualifications and/or ANZIIF accreditation are advantageous.
