Your Mission as COO Inspire & Lead: Manage a dynamic team and oversee diverse portfolios, including ABVs signature community-based programs implementation, marketing and the volunteer lifecycle including recruitment, engagement and experience. Shape the Future: Collaborate with the Executive Team to develop and execute operational plans that align with our vision and strategic plan. Foster Excellence: Drive high-performance culture across operations, marketing, and volunteer initiatives. The Selection Criteria you will need to address in your application are: Strategy and Operations Strategic Leadership: You have strong experience leading teams and aligning operations with strategic objectives with good financial acumen. End to end ownership: You can confidently execute from implementation to executive responsibilities, identifying the most important strategic problems to solve ahead of time, then jumping into the details to get things done when you need to. Expertise Oversight of ABV signature Community-led programs: You understand and have experience in implementing community development programs across a range of geographies and sectors and can manage a portfolio of diverse development programs with an eye to effectiveness, achieving outcomes and excellent in implementation. Oversight of Marketing and Volunteering within ABVs Operations: you will have experience in oversight of marketing and communications, and expertise in managing the volunteer lifecycle. Technology Integration: You have familiarity and expertise in integrating technology to streamline operations and drive business performance. Leadership and Team Management Leadership Under Uncertainty: You are skilled in motivating a team through fast-paced, changing conditions. Adaptability: You are very comfortable managing change and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
