Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end leadership across a multi-sector, vertically integrated enterprise Oversee forestry harvesting, engineered wood manufacturing, renewable energy generation, agriculture, and township services Own full P&L accountability across multiple revenue streams Lead and develop a large, multi-national workforce with a strong focus on safety, culture, and performance Strengthen operational efficiency, sustainability, and asset utilisation Build local leadership capability and implement succession planning Engage effectively with executive leadership, government agencies, and community stakeholders About You Proven General Manager / senior executive experience in large-scale production or asset-based environments Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-disciplinary operations Track record managing P&L > USD $150M Strong commercial, financial, and strategic decision-making capability Culturally astute leader with experience in expatriate or emerging-market environments Forestry, timber, agriculture, energy, or industrial manufacturing exposure highly regarded Tertiary qualifications advantageous but not essential Why Consider This Role?
