Head of Sales (Founding Role) Company: LivFree | Location: Australia (in-person preferred) | Start: Immediate LivFree teaches real-world life skills inside the school system. We have a live product, an existing team, and a capital raise underway. What Youll Do Speak with Principals and school leaders Run demos and sales calls (with the founder early on) Handle objections, long decision cycles, and budgets Close paid school partnerships, starting with pilots and growing into $10k+ annual contracts Help shape how LivFree is sold, priced, and positioned This is a closing role, not admin, not lead gen. How You Get Paid Phase 1: Pre Investment (Now) This is commission-only. No salary yet. 60% commission on money received Commission applies to the first year of each deal Paid only once the school has actually paid No equity in this phase Milestones: First closed deal within 3045 days Consistent sales activity and pipeline Founder involved in early deals Clear learning from every call If deals dont close, this role does not continue. Phase 2: PostInvestment (Planned Transition) If you perform and we raise, this role upgrades. $70,000 base salary 10% commission on closed deals (Higher percentages once volume increases) Up to 5,100 shares (vesting over time) Companyprovided accommodation Company vehicle included Clear pathway to longterm sales leadership This is where you go from closer to building the sales engine.
