Global Head of Logistics Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) The Global Head of Logistics will own EHPlabs global logistics strategy with a focus on cost efficiency, operational performance, SLA improvement and global expansion. This role will lead Regional Logistics Managers across Australia/NZ, Singapore, North America, and the UK to drive measurable efficiency gains, optimize thirdparty logistics (3PL) partnerships, and ensure service levels consistently exceed expectations. Responsibilities Develop and implement a global logistics strategy that drives cost savings, process efficiency, and service level improvements. Lead and manage Regional Logistics Managers, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Oversee global transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution operations to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs. Manage the selection, RFP process, and contractual negotiations for new 3PL partners, ensuring optimal cost, service levels, and alignment with business objectives. Establish dashboard reporting to ensure optimised regional performance and achievement of logistics KPIs, including ontime delivery, fulfilment accuracy, freight cost management, and other SLA metrics. Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and technology solutions to streamline logistics operations. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and IT teams to align logistics initiatives with broader business goals. Proactively identify risks in the global supply chain and implement mitigation strategies to maintain service continuity. Lead logistics transformation projects and initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction. Drive logistics initiatives that directly improve gross margin, customer experience, and international scalability. Own the global logistics technology roadmap, including TMS, WMS, data visibility, and automation to enable scalable growth. Full accountability for global logistics P&L, 3PL strategy, and network design decisions Proven ability to lead logistics transformation in fastgrowing, complex global environments. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (Masters preferred). 10+ years of senior logistics or supply chain experience in global organizations, ideally with multiregion responsibilities. Proven track record in cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and SLA management. Experience managing 3PL selection, RFPs, and contract negotiations. Strong knowledge of international freight, warehousing, and distribution networks. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Datadriven and analytical, with experience using KPIs to drive operational performance. Experience implementing logistics technology and process optimisation initiatives.
