Principal Consultant Moir Group Join one of Australias leading climate and sustainability advisory firms, supporting clients across corporate, property, infrastructure and financial sectors. Our client combines technical excellence with commercial insight helping organisations turn climate risk into resilient strategy and longterm value creation. As regulatory requirements intensify under AASBS2, TCFD and ISSB frameworks, they are expanding their senior team to meet growing demand for worldclass climate risk, adaptation and transition planning advisory. Key Focus Areas Lead complex climate risk assessments and transitionplanning engagements for Australias largest organisations. Shape climate advisory methodologies, ensuring marketleading solutions. Drive business development and build longterm strategic client relationships. Mentor and develop junior consultants while contributing to practice growth. Present to Boards and Csuite executives on climate risk, scenario analysis and strategic resilience. What Youll Bring Ideally, you will have: 15+ years in climate risk advisory or sustainability consulting (Big4 preferred) with expertise in climate scenario analysis, adaptation planning and transition strategies across highemitting industries (manufacturing, utilities, construction, retail, transport, technology). Senior management experience with linemanagement responsibilities and a proven track record of scaling and commercialising products or services. Deep technical knowledge of climate science, physical and transition risk assessment, and mandatory climate disclosure frameworks (AASBS2, TCFD, ISSB). Demonstrated ability to lead complex client engagements and present to boards and Csuite executives.
