Program Director - Hockey & TennisAll Hallows'' School, a Catholic Mercy school for girls from Years 512, is expanding our Sport Department and seeks an experienced Program Director to lead our Hockey and Tennis programs.You will provide strategic and operational leadership, design and implement player, coach and wholeprogramme development initiatives from grassroots participation through to highperformance tournament programmes. You will lead an extensive team of coaches, officials and volunteers, fostering a positive, inclusive and highperformance environment for all students.Your leadership skills will be matched by your ability to collaborate with key Sport staff to manage daytoday operations of the two sport programmes. You will be an excellent communicator, capable of establishing and maintaining positive relationships with students, colleagues and the wider school community.This fulltime, permanent position requires availability for early mornings, afternoons and weekends to support the operational needs of the School''s sport programme. Hours will be determined by the Head of Sport in consultation with the successful applicant.
