Early Childhood Centre Director | New Purpose-Built ServiceCentre Manager / Centre Director Location: Western Suburbs of Melbourne Full-time Salary: $100,000$120,000 + benefits.I''m currently working with a growing early learning organisation that is opening a new, purposebuilt centre in the Western suburbs of Melbourne and is looking to appoint an experienced Centre Director.This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong early childhood leader who enjoys driving quality, growth and team culture, and wants to be part of an organisation with clear plans for expansion and longterm leadership pathways.About the Service: The service is a modern, purposebuilt early learning centre designed with children''s growth, exploration and wellbeing in mind. The program is playbased and childled, and the service prides itself on building strong, respectful relationships with families, educators and the wider community.With the organisation entering an exciting growth phase, this role offers real scope to influence centre culture and grow into broader leadership over time.The RoleAs Centre Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance and leadership of the centre, including:Overseeing the daily operations of a highperforming early learning serviceLeading, mentoring and supporting a team of educatorsBuilding strong relationships with families, community partners and stakeholdersDriving occupancy growth and centre performanceEnsuring compliance with National Regulations, NQS and EYLF (including Victorian frameworks)Managing budgets, staffing, rostering, CCS and administrationCreating a warm, inclusive and engaging environment for children, families and staffWorking closely with the owner and leadership team during the transition into full responsibilityAbout YouExperience as a Centre Manager / Centre Director or in a senior leadership role within early childhoodA track record of leading teams and supporting occupancy growthStrong knowledge of compliance, NQS, EYLF and regulatory requirementsConfidence across budgets, rostering, CCS and centre administrationExcellent communication, problemsolving and relationshipbuilding skillsA transparent, supportive and heartled leadership styleEssential complianceWorking with Children Check, HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma Management and Mandatory Reporting.What''s On OfferSalary of $110,000$120,000 + benefitsClear pathways into senior leadership as the organisation continues to growSupportive, experienced ownership invested in your successFlexible salary options, generous leave and childcare discountsAutonomy to shape centre culture and educational practicePerformancebased recognition in a valuesdriven environmentIf this sounds like something you''d like to explore, or if you''d like to have a confidential conversation about the role, feel free to get in touch.#J-18808-Ljbffr
