Youll drive sales growth, nurture high-value client relationships, and deliver tailored lift solutions for some of Australias most luxurious residential projects.This is a hands-on position, based full-time in our Melbourne Office, where youll connect with new and existing clients, identify opportunities, and manage leads from first enquiry through to installation.Unlike traditional sales roles, this position combines in-depth product knowledge with strategic relationship building perfect for someone who understands how things work and can guide clients confidently through complex purchasing decisions.About YouProven experience in sales or business development within a technical, design-led, or industrial field.Experience in selling and designing bespoke fitted interiors (such as new homes, kitchens, cabinetry, or staircases) is highly regarded.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or construction plans.Strong understanding of mechanical systems, engineered products, or industrial components.Confidence in engaging with clients and technical stakeholders, and translating requirements into tailored solutions.Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple client interactions with ease.What We OfferExpected earnings of $250K+ (base salary and commissions).Permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday enjoy work-life balance with no weekend work.A dynamic and forward-thinking company that allows its employees freedom to think outside the box.Supportive and high-performing team environment.Full training provided.Why Lift Shop?Since 2003, Lift Shop has led the way in mid to upmarket residential lifts, delivering cutting-edge solutions with style and reliability.
