OverviewJoin to apply for the IWP Delivery Manager - Land role at Downer Professional Services.This role supports the IWP Program Manager in delivering a Land Integrated Work Program contract based in Melbourne.Downer Professional Services is comprised of two business units, our Technical, Advisory, and Capability consulting practice and Team Downer, a major service partner to Defence. We are a multi-disciplinary advisory and delivery partner of choice for our clients in Defence and National Security.Base pay rangeA$130,000.00/yr - A$175,000.00/yrWhat Youll DoThis role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:Oversee the full lifecycle of IWP contracts, ensuring deliverables, schedules, and compliance are met.Develop and implement strategic delivery plans aligned with client goals and resource capabilities.Act as a backup to the IWP Program Manager during absences or competing priorities.Manage client requests, resource assignments, and supplier engagement, including SMEs and member companies.Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, travel approvals, time sheeting, and Commonwealth compliance processes.What Youll Bring3+ years of experience in client-facing roles focused on contract delivery and operational execution.Strong program management skills with the ability to plan strategically and manage performance.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building positive relationships.Proficiency in resource planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring across diverse teams.Familiarity with Defence systems including Office365, DPN, and PMO365.Currently hold and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.In some instances, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may be an inherent requirement.More than anything, youll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.Why Downer Professional ServicesAt Downer Professional Services, were not just a workplace - were a business dedicated to contributing to the shaping of the future of defence in Australia.
