Overview Senior Project Manager New South Wales (Sydney, Hybrid, Full-time). Travel across various sites with the ability to claim kilometres for travel outside the CBD. What You Will Be Doing Lead and manage the NSW Projects team to deliver successful projects, ensuring time, quality, and budget compliance. Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and client satisfaction. Oversee OHS compliance, ensuring safety standards are met across all sites. Manage project risks and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth delivery. Drive high standards of governance, using BGIS services and business systems effectively. Responsibilities and Focus Lead Key Projects and Drive Success for BGIS in New South Wales. Lead Key Projects and Drive Success for BGIS in New South Wales. What We Are Looking For Proven experience in delivering large-scale projects or capital expenditure programs. Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build lasting connections with clients and contractors. High-level financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and contract management. Experience in OHS management on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project. Leadership skills to manage a diverse team of professionals and subcontractors effectively. Qualifications You Will Need Essential: Certificate IV in OHS or extensive project management experience. Current General Induction for the Construction Industry (White Card). Graduate Diploma in Project Management or relevant trade qualification (e.g., carpentry, electrical, HVAC). Bachelors degree in construction, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Desirable: Postgraduate qualifications in Building Systems, Project Management, or Business Management. NABERS or Green Star accreditation. Membership with AIPM, AIA, IEAust, or AIQS. Eligibility Applicants must have full working rights in Australia, with either Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
