Principal crops are beans and corn with scope to trial offseason rotations (e.g., mung beans, popcorn, cotton; mixed farm hay). Full P&L accountability with strong operational autonomy.Main Responsibilities(must be demonstrated in your application letter/resume)Annual crop plans, budgets and forecastsPlanting, fert, pest/disease programs and harvest coordinationOperate hardhose boom irrigators, centre pivots and limited dripOversee JD tractors, Mizotty highrise sprayers and maintenance planningLead a predominantly casual workforce (approx. 12) with WHS complianceMaintain Freshcare, HARPS, HACCP records and audit readinessWeekly/monthly reporting to CEOEducation / Experience / Skills8+ years in farm/production management (vegetables preferred)Strong irrigation, machinery and team leadership capabilityCommercial acumen and systems disciplineTrack record of delivering yield and cost outcomes safelyRelocation assistance + PPE + developmentAgribusiness Recruitment Pty Ltd thanks all applicants.
