Lead and work alongside a small team (mainly a labourer)Organise resources and materials for each jobIdentify problems and find practical solutionsUse software to manage work orders and admin tasks Your work will include: Fixing and replacing signsMaintaining pathways, kerbs, channels and traffic islandsLooking after other infrastructure as needed This role is handson and requires strong leadership to ensure our communitys infrastructure is well maintained. Recent handson experience in civil construction or infrastructure maintenanceSome experience leading a teamStrong communication skills to work with colleagues and the communityAbility to safely perform manual tasksConfidence using technology and handling basic admin Youll also need: A current truck licence (MR or higher)A Construction Induction card (or be willing to obtain one before starting)A Traffic Management Implementation licence and a High Risk Work Dogging (HRW DG) licence (or be willing to get these within 6 months) Its highly desirable to hold a CertificateIII in Civil Construction or a similar qualification.
