Connect2Employment is a not-for-profit division that supports opportunities for participants under the Inclusive Employment Australia program. We support individuals with Intellectual Disabilities find and maintain meaningful employment. Were now seeking a Senior Employment Consultant to join our team based in Cleveland on a Full-Time basis. In this role, youll lead a team of Employment Consultants (ECs) and Employment Support Workers (ESWs) to deliver meaningful employment outcomes. Youll ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with Connect2Groups goals, the Inclusive Employment Australia contract, and individual NDIS plans. This position would involve: Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance support to your team Oversee service delivery across NDIS (SLES & IES) and Inclusive Employment Australia programs Coordinate referrals, caseloads, and participant transitions Provide consistent and high-quality support to participants. Build strong relationships with participants, families, employers, schools, and other stakeholders Promote Connect2Employments services within the local community Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, legislative requirements, and internal policies Lead quality improvement initiatives and support audits and reviews Manage risk and incident reporting in line with safeguarding practices Skills and Experience Certificate IV or higher in Disability, Employment Services, Community Services, or related qualification. Proven experience in employment services, disability services, or a related field. Experience with School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES). Familiarity with DES/NDIS guidelines and person-centred planning. Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a similar role. Understanding of NDIS-funded employment supports and the participant journey. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a high-performing team. Excellent documentation and IT skills (e.g., CRM systems, MS Office). Current Drivers Licence and ability to travel as required. NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card). First Aid and CPR.
