Role We are seeking a highperforming Branch Supervisor to lead our Keswick Mile branch. This key role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and a handson approach to driving sales, service excellence, and branch performance. The Branch Supervisor manages daily branch operations, leads staff, ensures outstanding customer service, and drives efficient and accurate inventory control. HVAC or trade supply experience is ideal. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance management Oversee counter sales, order fulfilment, and customer service to maintain high service standards Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, stock organisation, and system integrity Track and report on branch performance metrics (sales, productivity, customer satisfaction) Resolve operational issues and customer concerns promptly and professionally Support senior management initiatives and contribute to business growth Maintain a safe, clean, organised branch environment and ensure policy compliance Foster a positive, accountable, teamoriented culture Job Requirements 35 years minimum experience in a supervisory role leading a wholesale distribution, trade supply, HVAC, or similar technical industry Strong HVAC product knowledge or the ability to learn technical information quickly Proven leadership, communication, and teamdevelopment skills Strong organisation, prioritisation, and problemsolving abilities Proficiency with inventory/ERP systems and general office applications Valid drivers licence; able to assist with deliveries or fleet tasks if required On Offer Competitive base salary, super and opportunity to participate in the sales incentive programme Ongoing training and learning development pathways Supportive, professional team culture Employee staff purchase discounts and other related industry perks About us At AHIC (Australia) Pty Ltd, we are dedicated to delivering highquality products and exceptional customer service.
