Overview Role: Intake Specialist (Full-time, permanent) Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for our participants and their support network, responding to phone and email inquiries. Schedule and arrange appointments for our team; keeping things running smoothly. Set up service agreements, conduct risk assessments and manage waitlists. Keep our database up to date and help with documentation. Work closely with our regional managers and supervisors to coordinate bookings for new starters. Provide excellent customer service while supporting the people who need us most.
