About the Roles Manly Pavilion is on the lookout for enthusiastic and experienced Front of House staff and Bartenders to join the team and deliver an exceptional experience to our guests. Front of House staff responsibilities Acknowledging and welcoming all guests upon arrival to the venue in a friendly and professional manner and provide positive, enthusiastic and courteous service; Maintaining a clean, tidy and comfortable environment within your designated section; Having thorough product knowledge of menu items, drinks and cocktails; Ensuring accurate and precise food and beverage orders are recorded from the guests and served in a timely manner. Bartenders responsibilities Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to BHG''s recipes and service standards; Focusing on quality and presentation of drinks that delight our guests; Providing knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers; Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar at all times; Assisting with receiving, storing, and rotating stock, and minimise waste. About You To be the perfect addition to our team, you will be ready to bring the energy and passion you have for the industry to your role with a mindset that champions guest experience. You will also: Hold a valid RSA or willingness to obtain; Have a confident and can do attitude; Be friendly, approachable and genuine; Communicate clearly, confidently and effectively with guests and your team; Be a team player with a collaborative working style. In addition to the above Bartenders will also Bring a creative flair to cocktail making and service; Have knowledge of wine offerings; Have demonstrated capability in managing and delivering high-volume offerings efficiently.
