As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced and dedicated plumbers to join our team.We are seeking skilled qualified plumbers and apprentices to handle a variety of plumbing tasks. We are hiring for a projects in QLDs. Experience with in-ground drainage is an advantage but not essential.The successful applicant will be working with a company that carries out work in a range of fields, so will have exposure to many different types of work and the opportunity to expand their skill base.Site Managers should beCarrying out plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairsSupervising and mentoring apprentices as requiredEnsuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulationsManaging job sites and coordinating with clients and subcontractorsAbility to work collaboratively within a teamAbove & beyond interpersonal skills & work ethicProactive, positive attitude, competitive, self-disciplined with commercial flexibilityAble to make calculated decisions maintaining focus on key objectivesAbility to understand hydraulic related drawings, specifications and management systemsAbility to deal with pressure, meet deadlines and enjoy challengesHigh self-esteem, assertiveness, influential, motivated, with empowering communication skillsExcellent analytical and troubleshooting skillsTradesmen should bePunctual with a positive attitude.Be able to read and interpret hydraulic plansHave construction white card and driver licence.Have experience in construction plumbing.Understand and abide by workplace health and safety regulations.Be able to follow direction from site supervisors.Any qualification or experience with excavation equipment etc would be beneficial but not essential.Apprentices should beCommitment to learn and grow their skills with a strong work ethic.Punctual with a positive attitude.Have construction white card and driver licence.Understand and abide by workplace health and safety regulations as directed by tradesmen and supervisors #J-18808-Ljbffr
