Practice Manager - Financial Planning | Gold Coast | Up to $150k Exclusive to Jenner Recruitment we are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to work with a very well regarded boutique Financial Planning located on the Gold Coast. Our client is a Financial Planning practice who is looking for a Practice Manager to lead an experienced team of specialists delivering Private Wealth strategies for their clients. This business prides itself on ensuring their clients enjoy all that life has to offer without having to worry about the future. Clients benefit from the integration of the various skills in the firm to achieve optimum outcomes in areas such as retirement, superannuation, wealth creation, self managed super funds and retirement planning to achieve their dreams. The Role Reporting to the Director, your focus is to ensure the successful day to day management of their Financial Planning business. This is a senior role in the business and duties include, but are not limited to: Workflow Management strong focus on managing workflows within the business, particularly the ability to manage and coordinate an external paraplanning team. Technology and System Management participate and be involved in improvements to technology solutions for the business to improve and streamline business efficiencies. Training maintaining and monitoring success of internal training and mentoring program. Governance investigation of internal issues and complaints ensuring all legal and professional obligations are met. All registers are maintained and updated. Financial Management monitoring and managing accounts team ensuring the business team are on top of outstanding invoices and other accounting items. Recruitment and Human Resources management, accounts payable and receivable. Facilities management. Other duties as required. About You To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience working within Financial Planning. Ideally, you will also need the following experience: 5 years working within a Financial Planning business in a management / paraplanning / compliance / team leader / Client Service Manager capacity. Relevant tertiary qualification. Demonstrated experience in practice management and operational procedures. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Excellent communication and people skills. Strong computer skills with Xplan and Microsoft Office suite experience. Excellent team player with a fabulous attitude and great rapport with staff.
