Construction & Projects Associate or SA Lawyer (Remote) A leading national Australian law firm with offices across multiple states is seeking a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join its frontend construction team. The firm does not currently have a Brisbane office, but this role offers the flexibility to work fully remotely, allowing you to combine toptier construction law experience with genuine worklife balance. About the Role You will join a supportive, closeknit national team delivering highquality, practical advice to major developers, governments, and construction companies, all from the comfort of your home office. Responsibilities Frontend construction and infrastructure matters Government procurement and procurement strategies, particularly in construction and infrastructure projects Project development and delivery across a full range of project delivery models Contract development, drafting, negotiation, and administration Large complex real estate matters Occasional involvement in disputes and contract claims Clients include Australian and international organisations, spanning major Commonwealth government departments and agencies, developers, and leading construction companies. This role provides flexibility to gain exposure across construction, projects, and realestate if desired, and the opportunity to work directly with partners on complex, highquality matters. About You 4+ years PAE, at Associate or Senior Associate level Experience as a frontend construction, infrastructure, or projects lawyer, or strong contracting experience applicable to the sector Experience in government procurement or project delivery highly regarded but not essential Strong technical ability, clientfocused approach, and commercial awareness Why Join This Firm?
