Your New Role Step into a highgrowth niche at the intersection of institutional capital, real assets and complex transactions. Youll join a national team recognised for shaping how capital flows into realestate development and infrastructure projects. In this role, you will: Drive corporate realestate transactions including joint ventures, fund structuring and capitalflow work. Work on acquisitions at both fund and asset level. Support major institutional clients on highvalue mandates across the national platform. Contribute to governance, structuring and advisory work adjacent to funds and private assets. Gain exposure to developmentfocused capital transactions a growing, indemand capability that only a small number of teams nationally specialise in. The bulk of your work will be transactional, with a smaller component of traditional realestate depending on workflow. Your Skills Profile 25 years PAE in transactional work funds, corporate or real estate backgrounds all welcome. A genuine interest in capital, institutional investment and how deals come together. Curiosity, commercial thinking and the confidence to engage with sophisticated clients. A proactive, teamoriented mindset and the desire to build a longterm niche in a highvalue specialisation. Strong attention to detail and technical skills; and Hunger to learn and develop within a marketleading practice. Prior corporate realestate experience isnt essential. A solid transactional foundation, whether in funds, corporate or real estate will set you up well, and the team provides the support to build capability in this area.
