Overview Clinical Nurse Consultant in a beach front residential aged care home in Mornington. Permanent, Monday to Friday 07:00 - 15:00. $64.25 per hour + super + salary packaging to reduce tax! The Role We are looking for experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) for our beach view, Corowa Court Residential Home, in Mornington. Take a virtual tour of your new potential workplace here! Provide excellent, residentfocused care in relation to specialised nursing needs, such as management of diabetes, wounds, infections, pain and medications Lead and mentor care teams to deliver highquality services and support continuous improvement Apply specialist knowledge of aged care standards, legislation, and clinical best practice Manage care planning, case management, and incident reporting to maintain health and wellbeing Promote dignity, privacy, and positive relationships with residents, families, and staff Support staff development through coaching, orientation, and fostering harmonious team culture Analyse clinical and quality indicators to drive improvements in care outcomes About you Expertise in gerontic nursing, including dementia and palliative care and current registration as a Division1 Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Strong knowledge of aged care standards, legislation, and safe medication administration Ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) and care planning processes Demonstrated ability to work semiautonomously and make sound clinical decisions NDIS Worker Screening Clearance ID or the ability to obtain Why Benetas? $62.45 per hour + superannuation Not for profit salary packaging up to $18,550 per annum reduce tax and increase your takehome pay Permanent shifts working Monday to Friday, 07:00 15:00 Career progress internal promotions, crossdepartmental mobility, leadership development opportunities, internal training programs + our own scholarship program Recognitions and awards celebrate your achievements with peer and Benetas recognition programs Applications are reviewed and shortlisted on a rolling basis, and the position may be filled before the ad closes.
