Pay & Benefits (DOE) $55$65 per hour + Super (DOE) Company vehicle provided Full-time, stable work with consistent pipeline Quality systems and operational support Clear pathways into senior and supervisory roles The Opportunity Qualified Solar Electricians Senior Solar & Battery Electricians Electrical Supervisors / Leading Hands Depending on your experience, you will be involved in: Solar and battery installations (residential & commercial) Pre-site and post-install inspections System design input and technical support Service and troubleshooting work Leading crews, mentoring apprentices, or supervising installs Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and safety requirements Your role will be shaped around your experience and strengths. About You Hold a current A-grade electrical licence Have solar installation experience (SAA accreditation highly regarded) Take pride in quality workmanship and safety Are reliable, professional and customer-focused Want long-term stability and growth, not just a short-term gig Are open to stepping into senior or leadership roles (if experienced) Why RESINC Solar?
