Position:Production Specialist LeadLocation:8300 E. Pacesetter Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85255Duration:12 Months of Contract + possible extensionShift:2nd Shift Monday to Thursday, 2:30 PM to 1:00 AMRole Overview:The Production Specialist Lead (Production Coordinator) works on the production floor during secondshift hours and supports the assembly of lifesaving medical devices in a cleanroom environment. This is a lead or line coordinator role that requires more experience than standard Production Technician positions. The role involves coordinating daily production activities, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and supporting efficient workflow across shifts.Key Responsibilities:Plans, schedules, and coordinates all phases of production to ensure timely and highquality output.Attends daily Tier 1 meetings and completes daily safety area walkthroughs.Performs daily setup of production areas and assigns workstations.Ensures materials, equipment, and supplies are available for production.Reviews expired material reports daily and takes corrective action as needed.Assists with material support for the production floor and ensures proper termination at the end of the shift.Monitors production performance and tracks output and downtime.Completes FE passdown reports, Tier 2 documentation, and HRxHR productivity sheets, highlighting any issues.Acts as a liaison between shifts and quality teams to resolve daily operational issues and maintain smooth workflow.Ensures compliance with safety regulations and quality standards and communicates any near misses or potential risks.Recommends and supports continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.Additional Duties:Performs assembly of components, devices, and final products with supervision.Performs routine work in all production areas with limited supervision.Ensures product quality by following standard operating procedures, training, templates, and good judgment.Works professionally as part of a team and supports extended hours or callbacks as required.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.Knowledge of production processes and quality standards.Proficiency in scheduling and project management tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
