Senior Administrator / Office Manager $83k + Super | Full Time | Join a growing multidivision business in the Whitsundays Whitpro Pty Ltd is a locally owned, 20+ year established business operating across: Transport with 40 - HR Trucks, vans, cars & motorbikes Civil & trade services Landscape supplies Plant nursery pots, retail product & garden supplies Irrigation shop & Local water deliveries Our office is the communication and coordination hub supporting all divisions. This makes the role varied, interesting and ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility and a busy, engaging environment. We are seeking ahighly reliable, organised and proactive Senior Administrator / Office Managerto oversee daily operations and support the Business Owners directly. About the Role This is a key position responsible for keeping our office and operations running smoothly. You will: Support the admin team by overseeing and assisting with emails, calls and daily communication Handle customer & supplier enquiries professionally Coordinate job scheduling across multiple divisions supporting supervisors Coordinate staff, deliveries and subcontractors Collating timesheets and assisting with payroll Support retail operations with supplier orders & admin tasks Process purchase orders Maintain accurate digital and physical records Prepare reports and documentation for management Improve admin systems and workflow Complete a broad range of general admin tasks No two days are the same. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, ownership and a fastpaced environment. What Were Looking For Someone dependable, capable and committed. You will succeed if you: 5+ years administration experience (senior/office manager experience ideal) Ability to manage your own workload confidently and independently Exceptional attention to detail this is essential Confidence using digital systems (MYOB is our primary accounting system) Strong ownership of tasks with followthrough to completion High reliability and consistent communication Enjoy being the goto person who keeps things on track Ability to improve, refine and implement efficient office systems Our Team Culture We are a small, closeknit and supportive team.
