Werelooking for an experiencedSenior Demand Plannerto join our team onparental leave coveruntil March 2027.This is a high-impact leadership role whereyoullshape demand strategy, optimise inventory performance and influence outcomes across a large, complex retail business. About the role As Senior Demand Planner,reporting to theHead of Demand, Supply & Replenishment,you will lead the planning, forecasting and execution of demand and fulfilment requirements for your assigned Business Unit. This roleis responsible frm anaging a team of categoryDemand Planners who forecastdemand andmanage stock levels to ensure sales, service level and inventory targets are all achieved. The role also involves: Ensuring our team have the right amount of stock in the right place at the right time to satisfy ourcustomersneeds through forecast accuracy(both online and in store) Monitoring and analysing actual performance versusplanstoidentifyissues andtaking actions alongsidekey stakeholdersbased on your recommendations and insights Providing training and development formembers of the planning team, in line with personal development plans Understanding our business and systems, developing a proactive and independent approach to problem solving.
