About the Role Managing a caseload and providing evidencebased therapeutic supports in a timely manner. Delivering muchneeded speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes and the broader community. Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client. Assessing clients communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments. Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independence. About You Possess a positive, cando approach and mindset. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients and their support networks to make a real and lasting difference. Strive for continuous improvement of our practices and outcomes. Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent and regular contact with all stakeholders. Current driver licence and own reliable vehicle. Qualifications Degree qualified Speech Pathologist. Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
