CSNSW now requires you to come on board and manage the daytoday provision of high quality, professional and timely Sentence Administration service delivery within a clustered correctional operational area, to key stakeholders including correctional centres, court complexes, community corrections staff, the public, and government and nongovernment agencies from NSW and external jurisdictions. Responsibilities Supervise, lead and mentor administration staff within a set cluster Coordinate and deliver results in accordance with legislation, policy and practice Apply agency administrative systems, procedures and methods that are in line with organisational standards Work on process improvement projects to balance competing demands and determine priorities Coordinate the allocation of resources within the team and negotiate with other managers Maintain thorough working knowledge in relation to the detention and release of inmates Apply working knowledge and experience in the interpretation of complex and changing legislation and understanding of the NSW Criminal Justice System About You Confidence and the ability to work well under pressure will see you succeed in this role. Your strong leadership skills and experience will help you support the team whilst managing conflicts using existing conflict resolution practices. You will always display and act with integrity whilst providing a positive customer service to identify issues and find appropriate solutions.
