Cutcliffe Properties is seeking a motivated, thorough, and proactive Leasing / Inspection Officer to join our dynamic team. Based in our Mulgrave office, this full-time position plays a key role in our leasing and property management department.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct open homes and private inspections for vacant propertiesCarry out regular routine, ingoing, and outgoing property inspectionsPrepare detailed and accurate inspection reportsLiaise with property managers and tenants in a professional and timely mannerEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation and company proceduresAssist with the coordination of property maintenance and repairsSupport the broader property management team with administrative tasks as requiredWhat Were Looking ForCurrent Real Estate Licence/Certificate of RegistrationPrevious experience in property leasing, inspections, or real estate (preferred but not essential)Current drivers licence and reliable vehicleStrong attention to detail and ability to prepare thorough and accurate inspection reportsExcellent communication skills to build positive relationships with tenants and landlordsA team player with a positive, can-do attitudeFamiliarity with property management software is an advantageThis is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and professional team, working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.To apply, please submit your resume to *******@cutcliffe.com.au.
