About the Role As an Admissions Executive you will support prospective parents through the registration process, highlighting Fennies unique selling points and answering their questions. You will also support the Marketing team with local level marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Communicate confidently and effectively with parents to understand their needs and provide a positive, seamless parent journey. Build rapport with parents to ensure they trust Fennies and hold a positive image of the company. Identify opportunities for new parent acquisitions and upsell services through strong sales techniques. Promote Fennies reputation as a leading nursery group through knowledge of the brand and values. Collaborate with the team to reach sales targets, maintaining a positive attitude and ownership of your role. Prioritise multiple tasks through organisation, timemanagement and strong problemsolving skills to meet deadlines and targets. Provide excellent safeguarding, health & safety and confidentiality support to parents as required. Qualifications & Experience Passion for sales with proven experience of a sales process and customer service. Strong IT and administrative skills to monitor reports and follow leads effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive, clientfocused approach and uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality policies. Experience in early years or sales environments is desirable. What Youll Receive Competitive salary and pension scheme.
