Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute powerful marketing strategies for property sales, leasing, and management. Create dynamic, engaging content from captivating social media posts to polished marketing collateral. Produce and edit highquality photos and videos that align with our brands look and feel. Collaborate with and mentor agents, helping them elevate their personal marketing and social media presence. Manage and grow Raine & Hornes Darwin and agents social media profiles through creative campaigns and targeted promotions. Analyze marketing and social media performance, adjusting tactics to maximize impact. Maintain and innovate our content calendar, bringing fresh ideas to every campaign. Lead the creation of marketing materials, brochures, flipbooks, and digital content that reflect our brand values. Keep our website content fresh and engaging, with updated visuals and property marketing assets. Take and edit professional headshots, maintaining a consistent and polished brand image. Report on marketing performance with clear insights and actionable improvements. About You: Youre a creative thinker whos not afraid to try new ideas and see them through. You hold a Diploma or Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (highly preferred, not required). Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and similar design tools. Confident in photography and video editing with a strong eye for detail. Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages. Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fastpaced environment.
