About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following: Demonstrated contemporary advanced practice, expert clinical skills, and knowledge in credentialed scope of practice (management of diabetes) and leadership capability enabling the delivery and support of high-quality patient focused care. Demonstrates the ability to apply specialised knowledge of contemporary advanced nursing practice and theory in credentialed scope of practice and to participate directly and indirectly in the delivery of clinical care. Demonstrates the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, open communication, and a positive environment within and across the multidisciplinary team, actively contributing to the learning and development of others to a high standard. Demonstrates the ability to educate, inform, counsel and support patients and families with contemporary clinical information at an advanced level relevant to patients care and understanding. Applies knowledge of quality improvement frameworks and associated quality processes including the integration of contemporary nursing research to all clinical activities.
