The role is dedicated to supporting the spiritual, emotional, social, and physical wellbeing of people within the local communities. Key responsibilities include: Work with Corps leadership to develop, implement, and review an annual Local Mission Plan aligned with the Divisional Plan. Demonstrated spiritual and organisational leadership, strong pastoral skills, and a committed Christian faith. Ability to disciple individuals in their journey with Jesus, offering pastoral support and prayer. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with diverse individuals. Tertiary qualifications (minimum Diploma level) in Mission, Theology, teaching, psychology, social work, youth work, community services, or equivalent experience and capability.Proven ability to build and lead teams effectively.
