For further information, please contact ***************@health.nsw.gov.au or visit Careers Incentives Package About the role As the Nursing Unit Manager for the Assessment and Rehab Unit at Murwillumbah District Hospital, you''ll be responsible for the efficient management of nursing and other staff under your delegation, and coordination of the provision of nursing care. The Nursing Unit Manager leads nursing staff, ensures effective liaison between all health professionals and is also responsible for the environmental and WHS management of the unit. Clinician engagement and leadership has been a prominent feature of the public health system for a number of years, where clinician-led clinical standards, safety and quality improvements have become a major focus.
