About the Role As Store Manager, you''ll take full responsibility for the store''s performance, across both sales and warehouse operations. You''ll guide a team of 15, including two Assistant Managers and a group of supervisors, ensuring the store runs smoothly while delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong sales results. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team to deliver exceptional service and hit performance goals. Manage day-to-day retail and warehouse functions to keep operations running efficiently. Drive sales growth and achieve KPIs through strong leadership and clear strategy. Oversee stock flow, including goods in / out and inventory accuracy. Support staff development through performance management and ongoing coaching. Maintain compliance with safety standards, policies, and operational procedures. Qualifications Solid background in retail management, experience with tools, equipment, or a trade environment is highly valued. Strong leadership skills and confidence in managing and developing larger teams. A results driven approach with proven success meeting sales and operational targets. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to troubleshoot and improve processes. Genuine interest in tools and equipment, with a passion for sharing knowledge and providing expert advice.
